It’s difficult to believe that PG&E management can give proper attention to both of these challenges. There is a risk that choices made to ease the fate of the gas sector may damage PG&E’s ability to act nimbly in the electricity sector. It should be logical that the ballet and other arts groups stay afloat, since we are surrounded by tech companies. More advertising, more free outreach shows to schools and collaboration with large choir groups could revive programs such as Silicon Valley Ballet. If our kids are not exposed to ballet, who will watch and support future shows?.
