Concert Band to mark its 10th anniversary. BRENTWOOD — The Brentwood Concert Band is celebrating its 10th anniversary this spring and will makr the occascion with a couple of event. On the actual anniversary of the band, April 4, the band will play at the spring opening of the East. Contra Costa Historical Society Museum, 3890 Sellers Ave., Knightsen. The band will be honored at that time with anniversary cupcakes and recognition certificates.

After graduation, she worked as a Spanish interpreter for a time but also sang on weekends with the band of Ken Greenglass, who encouraged her and eventually became her manager.
